How to Vote as an American Abroad

November 6th is coming up fast + furious, Yankees!!!  Every time I listen to one of the presidential debates between President Obama + Romney I think, “Oh crap.”.

That’s because I’ve got to get off my duff + get my vote in!

Now don’t get me wrong – this blog is not by any means a politically based blog whatsoever (*cough*cough*OBAMA*cough*cough*).  I just want to inform Americans abroad on one option they can take to participate in the 2012 presidential election.

One of the most helpful sites to get you going is: VoteFromAbroad.org.  This has been the most to the point + least confusing site that I have found, because shoot – don’t they WANT us to vote?!

If you’re already registered in your most recent state of residence, print out the necessary documents, fill out + mail!  Vote From Abroad will provide you with all the  information or questions you may have – it’s pretty straight forward!  You must turn in your ballot by October 30th if you live in the state of California.

So do it!!!!!  There’s still time!!!  Mail that sucker in!!!!  This election is VERY important!!  Make your vote count!!!  ‘Cuz we ladies can’t be filed into a binder, y’all!!!!
